Place the wheels on the longer frame to conveniently store your dining top under your billiard table. Or move the wheels to the shorter frame to store your table tennis conversion top. Includes a safety strap for use in the upright/vertical position. Heavy-duty casters enable the product to easily roll over carpet or any floor surface. Protective foam lines the surfaces of the Dining Dolly wherever your products make contact to keep them safe.
